Ms. Early established The Remington Group in 1989 (changed in 2005 to Remington Advisors). Prior experience includes management roles at The Johnson Companies/Noble Lowndes, an international benefits consulting organization, and Watson Wyatt/Towers Watson, a global human resources and benefits consulting organization.
Ms. Early is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). She is a graduate of Hollins University, Virginia, and Radcliffe Institute of Advanced Studies, Harvard University.
