individual client companies on issues related to organizational
analysis and development, compensation strategy, compensation
program development, job evaluation and performance appraisal
systems. Clients include leading financial institutions, investment
and mutual fund companies, law firms, architectural firms, high tech
companies and retail companies.
Ms. Early established The Remington Group in 1989 (changed in
2005 to Remington Advisors). Prior experience includes management
roles at The Johnson Companies/Noble Lowndes, an international
benefits consulting organization, and Watson Wyatt, a global human
resources and benefits consulting organization.
Ms. Early is a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified
Compensation Professional. She is a graduate of Hollins University,
Virginia, and Radcliffe Institute of Advanced Studies, Harvard
University.
