
Ms. Early has concentrated on consulting engagements involving organizational analysis and development, compensation strategy, compensation program development, job evaluation and performance appraisal systems for a variety of clients including financial institutions, investment and mutual fund companies, law firms, architectural firms and high technology companies. In addition to her consulting projects she designs and conducts numerous proprietary compensation and benefits surveys.
Ms. Early established Remington Advisors in 1989 to provide compensation consulting services to professional services firms. Prior experience includes management roles at The Johnson Companies/Noble Lowndes, an international benefits consulting organization, and Willis Towers Watson, a global human resources and benefits consulting organization.
Ms. Early is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management. She is a graduate of Hollins University, Virginia, and Radcliffe Institute of Advanced Studies, Harvard University.
